Information Technology

Information Technology Potential with a 27 year established company. We are seeking a talented, self motivated, proficient, problem solving individual who shares our vision to manage our information technology needs. Ideal candidate shall have the demonstrated ability to locate, select and manage contract software programmers selected to write improvements to our proprietary software programs. Must also be skillful in managing and implementing networking solutions, selecting, maintaining, purchasing and installing the correct hardware solutions for our ongoing operations.

Completion of undergraduate courses in Computer sciences is required with 5 years practical experience, or in lieu of completion of a formal undergraduate program a minimum of 10 years recent practical experience may be allowed. Must have work experience in a fast paced office environment which is largely paperless. Must have a verifiable ability to exercise sound judgment, ability to solve problems quickly, be a team player and proven ability to manage and achieve deadlines. A valid Florida Drivers license will be required and reliable transportation to facilitate necessary travel between office locations within a 2 hour drive of the main office.



Real Estate Sales Professional 

Henry Company homes, NW Florida’s Most Affordable New Home Builder, is seeking energetic, self-starters who share in our vision to actively advance our market share in one of our exclusive developments in Escambia and Walton Counties. 

Are you a tenacious, driven to win, entrepreneurial individual who excels in building strong relationships? We are currently seeking a Neighborhood Sales Manager to join our team and who will have the following responsibilities: 

Learn and adopt HCH Sales and Lead Generation Process.

Present and sell features and benefits of new homes within an HCH community

Continually prospect for new customers through networking, referrals and effective follow up

Maintain a Flexible Customer Friendly attitude

Qualifications and Minimum Requirements: 

Candidates should be polished, professional in demeanor and possess a strong work ethic, (Neighborhood Sales Managers are the hardest working people in our company), have exceptional listening skills and a desire for high commission, honesty and integrity

Highly motivated and results driven

Documented record of outstanding sales achievement

Insatiable appetite to learn and a passion for developing new business

Excellent interpersonal/communications skills

Solid problem solving skills

Basic computer skills and proficiency with the internet required.
