Henry Company Homes, Northwest Florida's Most Affordable new Home Builder, is seeking energetic, self-starters who share in our vision to actively advance our market share in one of our exclusive developments in Escambia, South and North Santa Rosa, and Okaloosa Counties.

Are you a tenacious, driven-to-win, entrepreneurial individual who excels in building strong relationships? We are currently seeking a Neighborhood Sales Manager to join our team and who will have the following responsibilities:

• Learn and adopt HCH Sales and Lead Generation Processes
• Present and sell features and benefits of new homes within a Henry Company Homes neighborhood
• Continually prospect for new customers through networking referrals, effective follow up, and cultivating Realtor relationships
• Maintain a flexible Customer Friendly attitude

Qualifications and Minimum Requirements:

• Candidates should be polished, professional in demeanor and possess a strong work ethic, (Neighborhood Sales Managers are the hardest working people in our company), have exceptional listening skills and a desire for high commission, honesty and integrity.
• Highly motivated and results driven
• Documented record of outstanding sales achievement
• Insatiable appetite to learn and a passion for developing new business
• Excellent interpersonal/communications skills
• Solid problem solving skills
• Basic computer skills and proficiency with the internet required
