Q: Can I make changes to your floor plans?
A: Henry Company Homes is one of the few new home builders in Northwest Florida who allows some modifications to floor plans, including a chef's kitchen on specific floor plans. Your Neighborhood Sales Manager (NSM) and our licensed Interior Designer, Liz Wilson, at the Henry Company Homes Design Center in Pace, Florida, will be able to help you customize your options based on the floor plan you choose. We will always try to meet your needs and we have hundreds of options available to customize your new home.
Q: How long does it take to build a new home?
A: We guarantee a build time of 110 days once we have an underwriter's letter from your mortgage company. That does not mean pre-approval of your loan. Your mortgage provider or one of our preferred lenders will be able to help you with this issue.
Q: Can we choose our own lot?
A: Absolutely! We will help you in the selection of the lot that best fits the needs of your family and the floor plan you choose, from one of our many Northwest Florida neighborhoods.
Q: Can we pick brick color, interior colors, finishes, etc.?
A: At Henry Company Homes, you will have hundreds of options to choose from to help customize your new home. Choose from brick and mortar color on the exterior, and hundreds of other options on the interior including paints, countertops, flooring, lighting, appliances, architectural features, and so much more. Once you sign a contract with Henry Company Homes, you are scheduled to attend a free session with our licensed interior designer at our Exclusive Design Center who will explain the options available for your floor plan and help you choose the best options for your needs. And we give the option to do your colorization in person at our Design Center or through our Skype and online experience. Even if you're out-of-state or overseas, you still get the exclusive design experience from Henry Company Homes - building your home, your way!
Q: Can I choose trees to save in my yard?
A: Yes! Henry Company Homes is a big believer in keeping our neighborhoods green and we love saving trees that will help keep your yard attractive and look "lived in". As long as it's not in the footprint of the foundation of your home, we give you the option to tie a ribbon around the trees you'd like to keep in your yard.
Q: Can you help us with financing?
A: We have three Preferred Lenders who provide a $1 move-in special that helps with closing costs and out-of-pocket expenses. We also have experience with most of the local lenders and our contract coordinator will make sure your contract and closing are as stress-free as possible from the start of the building process to closing.
Q: I am relocating to your area. How can you help me choose a floor plan and coloring if I'm not in town?
A: We have a relocation specialist on staff to help you choose the new home or lot that best fits your family's needs. We work through email, social media, Skype, conference calls, and online video to provide you with the best options for your specific needs to choose your lot or new home. Once you have chosen your floor plan, our Design Center Coordinator goes to work to help you customize your new home. We have had many successful closings with owners overseas or out-of-state through Skype, Facebook, YouTube, and email. Our NSM's, Relocation Specialist, Personal Builders, and Design Coordinator are all willing to work with you to make sure your new home is customized to your exact specifications.
Q: I'm moving to the area soon, do you have new homes I can move into immediately?
A: Each of our neighborhoods usually has at least one completed new home that is move-in ready. Contact the Neighborhood Sales Manager or check the Available Homes page to see what is available in the areas you're interested in.
