Linda is the President of Mortgage One of the South, Inc. and is the originator of residential mortgage loans. She works in the areas of Okaloosa, Santa Rosa, Escambia and Walton counties. She has been with Mortgage One for 16 years and has over 25 years in the banking industry. She is a local and was born on Eglin AFB. She currently lives in Shalimar with her husband, Tim (retired USAF) and has a son, Patrick.

Wilma Shortall is a Mortgage Banker (NMLS#341053) with Morgage America, Inc. and has been in Mortgage Banking for 50 years. She is a graduate of Pensacola High School and the Institute of Financial Education. She earned an Associate of Arts degree from Pensacola Junior College and a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance from the University of West Florida. She is a native of Pensacola and has lived in the Pensacola area all of her life. She enjoys spending time with her granddaughters, Audrey and Noelle, and teaching the Kangaroos, a 2-year-old Pre-K Sunday School class at Olive Baptist Church.
