Henry Company Homes offers an array of designer choice wood finishes and designs manufactured through Legacy Cabinetry. Crafted from the finest Oak, Maple and Cherry woods, these well-built cabinets feature recessed panel, solid wood doors.

These beautiful cabinets, coupled with the variety of stains and glazes we offer, will enable you to find the perfect fit for your lifestyle – vintage country, polished elegance or sharp contemporary.

These products are in conformance with the American National Standard ANSI/KCMA A161.1-2000, Performance and Construction Standard for Kitchen and Vanity Cabinets.

Lighting 

Whether you are setting the mood for a holiday gathering with friends, planning a romantic dinner for two or just spending a cozy evening with the family, lighting is a key part of creating the perfect atmosphere.

Choose from our optional, designer packages to personalize your choice. You may even decide to add some recessed lighting to highlight cabinets, special architectural features (such as: fireplace, garden tub, etc.) or that amazing wedding picture in the foyer.  Mini-pendants above kitchen bars or islands create interest by becoming part of the view and moving the light closer to the surface.

Plumbing Fixtures

Manufactured to meet federal, regional and local specifications, Delta faucets stand behind their products with a comprehensive warranty and offer a wide selection of repair and replacement parts, just in case. They have earned our confidence through a punishing regimen of durability testing. Before it leaves the plant, handles are turned on and off 500,000 times to ensure leak-proof performance and every faucet undergoes more than 100 hand inspections, including air and water testing.

Henry Co. Homes strives to have countertop options available to our buyers that will be functional as well as fashionable and attractive. Our standard selection for counter tops is Formica Brand & Wilsonart plastic laminate. This material is offered in a selected range of color, textures & designs. You will be able to choose from plain & stippled patterns, faux granite, marble & stone and select from matte or polished finishes.

We also offer two levels of granite in a variety of popular patterns such as: Tiger Skin, Desert Gold, Uba Tuba & St. Cecilia. Our granite is installed with a full 4 centimeter edge detail—giving it a posh, elegant appearance.

Five beautiful colors of Cultured Marble with integrated sinks are available, as well, to add a touch of class to any bathroom.

Appliances

Since we want your new Henry Co. Home to have the most efficient, trouble-free and stylish appliances on the market, we have selected Whirlpool as our supplier. Whirlpool’ has an expansive line of appliances to fit even the busiest lifestyle with convenience at the touch of a button.

Our kitchen ranges come equipped with an impressively large oven interior -- for cooking more dishes and large meals at one time and the convenience & clean-ability of a radiant smooth cook-top.  Microwaves are supplied with hidden vents, glass turntables, 10 power levels and EZ-Vue lighting. Dishwashers are Energy Star qualified with 4 automatic cycles, super capacity tall tub and come with a Quiet Partner II sound package.

If you choose to, you can even purchase a new Whirlpool refrigerator or a washer & dryer for your new home.

We know the floor covering in your new home is a substantial investment. Since Henry Company Homes wants to offer you the utmost in quality, durability & comfort, we have partnered with Shaw Floors and Tarkett to supply the floor covering for your new home. Both of these companies are leading manufacturers with proven track records in customer satisfaction. We offer an impressive selection of sheet vinyl, carpet, hardwood and tile in an array of styles, textures and finishes.

Roofing

Whoever you are, whatever your style, Atlas has a shingle line that is right for you. Henry Co. Homes has carefully selected from two premium lines offered through Atlas Roofing Corporation.

Our 25-year Glass master signature select series shingle from Atlas comes with one of the best protection warranties in the industry.  The traditional, three-tab shingle design is constructed of durable weathering-grade asphalt, a tough Fiberglass mat core and carries a UL Class “A” fire rating. Beautiful (and built to stay that way) this roofing provides optimum protection without compromising aesthetics.  

Our 35-year Pinnacle architectural designers shingle provides the newest dimension in roofing. The full range of color blends and shadow lines add irresistible character to any roof and extra curb- appeal to your new home.

Our brick supplier has been serving the Gulf Coast & South Alabama for over 100 years. We rely on the expertise of this top company and their professional staff to make certain we are supplied with quality, consumer-conscious products. 

We offer selected bricks manufactured by BORAL, HENRY & COLUMBUS. These three product lines offer a wide range of styles & colors to choose from. With the large number of homes we have under construction at any given time, all of our selections are readily available to help us meet our commitment to build your home in a timely fashion. Since your home is your “castle”, we believe the choices we offer will allow you to reflect your individual style.

Vinyl Siding
