Our plans are designed to meet the needs of a variety of homeowners. We offer a variety of plan features including split floorplans (where the master bedroom is separated from the others), open floorplans (where the kitchen is an integral part of the remainder of the living area), large master bathrooms with walk-in closets, and cathedral ceilings.
Some plans offer separate dining rooms, den/study, and both a family room and living room. We also offer plans with sunrooms and covered porches. Kitchens in selected plans include an island workspaces and pantries. Many plans include garden tubs and some offer separate showers.
Each neighborhood has a variety of plans that you can choose. These plans have been designed to maximize the use of that community’s lot sizes and configuration and to blend with the overall design of the neighborhood.
