reporting agencies. This information may include your credit bureau
reports and other information related to your credit history.
Sharing Information with Our Affiliates In the course
of our business, we may share customer information with members of
our corporate family. The information we may share includes:

Please provide the name and address of each customer who does not
want us to share their information within the HCH corporate family.
If you have a joint account, a request by one party will apply to
the entire account. Please allow 30 days from our receipt of your
request for your instructions to become effective.
Sharing of Information in Other Circumstances We may
disclose information to non-affiliated third parties with respect to
marketing our own products and services, as well as those products
or services we offer jointly with others. The type of information we
may share for marketing purposes includes all of the information we
collect. The partners with whom we share this information may
include:
• Marketing service providers who market our
products and services with whom we have joint marketing agreements;
and • Other providers with whom we have entered into an
agreement to jointly market products or services.
We are required to or we may provide information about you to
nonaffiliated third parties outside of the HCH corporate family

Former Customers If you end your relationship with us,
we will continue to treat and safeguard your information as
described in this notice.
Our Security Practices and Information Accuracy We
also take steps to safeguard customer information. We restrict
access to the personal information of our customers to those
employees who need to know that information in the course of their
job responsibilities. We maintain physical, electronic, and
procedural safeguards to protect customer information.

information through our websites, use on-line tools and calculators,
apply on-line for products, subscribe to on-line services, complete
an on-line form or application, or conduct transactions on-line

third parties with which we partner to deliver on-line products and
services may retain the information you provide.

from us, we may retain the information you provide us to deliver
e-mails of specific interest to you. If you choose to send us

children's identities and information on-line is important. We do
